Aviation CNG Power Generation Project – Nigeria

ACES is implementing a CNG-powered power generation system across three aviation facilities in Nigeria. The project replaces conventional diesel systems with a cleaner, more reliable CNG-based solution designed for continuous, mission-critical operations. Our scope includes full engineering, system integration, and deployment support.

Project Status

Engineering documentation has been completed and submitted.
Implementation and integration activities are currently in progress across all three aviation facilities. ACES continues to provide technical oversight and on-site support.

This project covers three aviation sites, each equipped with CNG-ready gas generators of:

• 300 kVA
• 100 kVA
• 20 kVA

These generators provide distributed, efficient and scalable power tailored to the unique load requirements of each facility.

The power system integrates three core components:

Mobile CNG Cascades

Ensuring safe and reliable fuel transportation for all sites.

Pressure Regulating & Metering Skid (PRMS)

Provides controlled pressure reduction, accurate metering, and failsafe operations.

Gas Generator Systems

Engineered for clean combustion, lower emissions, and reduced operational costs. Together, they form a robust CNG micro-power infrastructure optimized for aviation reliability.

ACES has completed and delivered all key engineering documents:

• Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
• Process Block Diagram (PBD)
• System layout and integration recommendations
• Safety and compliance documentation

These deliverables guide safe installation, efficient commissioning, and regulatory alignment.
