About the Role
ACES is hiring a Finance Controller to drive financial planning, project cash-flow management, vendor coordination, and compliance. You will be key in ensuring strong financial governance and supporting engineering project operations across India and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Monitor project cost & cash-flow for engineering contracts
- Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and procurement coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, company audits, regulatory filings)
- Implement financial controls and internal processes for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- CA / CMA preferred; MBA (Finance) or M.Com acceptable with strong experience
- 5–8 years finance experience in engineering / EPC / industrial sector
- Strong command in project accounting and compliance
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems & MS Excel
- Exposure to international billing / contracts is a plus
